The gdrive utility is a utility to download Google Drive files. Note that this is not an extractor and will not work when paired with a loader.

Installation and configuration

Add the gdrive utility to your project using
```
meltano add
```

Configure the gdrive settings using

meltano config

Settings

The gdrive settings that are known to Meltano are documented below. To quickly find the setting you're looking for, click on any setting name from the list:

meltano config

with the list subcommand:

meltano config gdrive list

You can override these settings or specify additional ones in your meltano.yml by adding the settings key.

Access Token (access_token)

Environment variable: GDRIVE_ACCESS_TOKEN

Google Access Token.

Configure this setting directly using the following Meltano command:

meltano config gdrive set access_token [value]

Client ID (client_id)

Environment variable: GDRIVE_CLIENT_ID

Google Client ID.

Configure this setting directly using the following Meltano command:

meltano config gdrive set client_id [value]

Client Secret (client_secret)

Environment variable: GDRIVE_CLIENT_SECRET

Google Client Secret.

Configure this setting directly using the following Meltano command:

meltano config gdrive set client_secret [value]

File ID (file_id)

Environment variable: GDRIVE_FILE_ID

Google Drive File or Folder ID. More information on settings

Configure this setting directly using the following Meltano command:

meltano config gdrive set file_id [value]

Output Path (output_path)

Environment variable: GDRIVE_OUTPUT_PATH

Output path for downloaded files.

Configure this setting directly using the following Meltano command:

meltano config gdrive set output_path [value]

Refresh Token (refresh_token)

Environment variable: GDRIVE_REFRESH_TOKEN

Google Refresh Token.

Configure this setting directly using the following Meltano command:

meltano config gdrive set refresh_token [value]

Commands

The gdrive utility supports the following commands that can be used with

meltano invoke

:

run

Equivalent to: $GDRIVE_FILE_ID

Download a file or folder of files from Google Drive.

meltano invoke gdrive:run [args...]
