The powerbi
                  utility is used to trigger a refresh of a PowerBI dataset. Usually this is run in a pipeline following a transformation (i.e. dbt) step that altered the data that PowerBI is connected to.

Prerequisites
If you haven't already, follow the initial steps of the Getting Started guide:
Installation and configuration

                      Add the powerbi utility to your
                      project using
                      
:meltano add - 
                        Configure the powerbi
                        settings using
                        
:meltano config 
meltano add utility powerbimeltano config powerbi set --interactiveNext steps
- Create a PowerBI Service Principal and retrieve your 
tenant_id,client_idandclient_secret. To generate such secret and allow it to deal with your instance, follow Azure documentation
